Every Saturday for the next month, we will have discounts on featured raw materials and whatever we make that week.

We are so thankful for all the support over the last 2 years. We went from 10 followers to almost 400. Even though this year got off to a rocky start, we are looking forward to wonderful things. Cheers to handmade and locally grown🎊😍

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We will be closed this week to be with our youngest son. He had a pectus excavatum repair 3 years ago and it is time to have the bar removed. All prayers, thoughts and good vibes are appreciated. We will return calls and messages on Dec 4th.

Some people would see this old clarinet and see junk. I saw a fabulous craft project making a lamp with my hunny bunny (known to everyone else as Scott). Our son's traffic light bulb started as a temporary test to see if it worked, but every time I come into the living room, it makes me smile and think of him, so it is probably staying. This momma is proud of him adulting but misses him too.

People ask me all the time what we make at FOC Artisan. It started with scrubs and soap, but the real answer is whatever creates a life we love. We enjoy making products together and are very blessed that our tribe of FOC supporters like them too🥰😍

The last few months, we definitely have not been slouching. We have been rushing to meet tight deadlines. While I am incredibly grateful for those experiences, it is time to get back to the perfect balance.

Part of balance for me is doing things I enjoy. Next week, I start back attending jazz class at Bernice's Starrstep Dance Studio. I started my dance journey there 40 years ago. I am so thankful for a place with people who refresh my mind, body, & soul.

We are also glad to be back doing a couple of markets a month. See yall tomorrow evening at Gary's Brewery hosted by the Pensacola Arts Market.

The hospital move is complete and we are excited to get back to market with yall. Scott has restocked a limited supply of fall candles. We will also have skin care available for pickup.

It is officially fall yall! One of my favorite fall movies is Practical Magic. I am sure this movie is one of the reasons I love herbs and making concoctions so much. I foresee a magical movie binge in my near furture

Today, the drying racks have more than soap on them. Although you will probably never see my momma at a market, she puts in a lot of work to make FOC successful. This rosemary and basil she grew will be used in some of our products. When we say locally made and family owned, we mean it!

My rain rain go away dance didn't work...I went downtown this morning in hopes the Weather Channel was wrong. Sadly, I don't think they are. Hours of rain storms with 95% humidity is rough on handmade products that we put our blood, sweat, and tears into so we will not be at market today.

Dang weather! We are 0 for 2 markets this weekend 😔

Life is busy yall, but it is selfcare Sunday around our house. I wish I was disciplined enough to do all the things I know will be great for my skin everyday...but I am not. Most Sundays I put rosemary infused oil on my hair and dead sea mud mask on my face. The rest of the week, my routine is less than 5 mins in the morning and night.

I may get froggy and soak my feet and exfoliate with salt scrub too.
