The 12XC will process tree trimmings, limbs, and brush quickly and efficiently. The 15 ¾” diameter single top feed wheel will pull in and compress stubborn branches, guiding them to the drum. Adjustable side mounted down pressure springs allow for a range of down pressure settings and an optional hydraulic lift cylinder is available to enhance down pressure capabilities reducing the need to trim or re-position material leading to greater productivity.

A durable 20” diameter x 13 ¼” wide two-knife drum is standard with the fabricated components backed by a 5-year “GUTS” warranty. To assist with enhanced chipping throwing power, a slot called the “Power Slot” is located on the front side of the drum housing allowing for increased air flow or in the event of machine plugging significantly simplifying the unplugging process.

The 12XC is available with Mitsubishi gas engine options in 49 or 74 horsepower. If your preference is diesel, Kohler 49 or 74 horsepower diesel engines are also offered. Depending on the engine, the drum is engaged by an auto or NACD spring-loaded clutch.

CUTTER WHEEL SYSTEMS

Weighing approximately 4,600 pounds with a gas engine this unit is the perfect solution for those needing a compact and easy to tow machine with the capability to chip material up to 9" in diameter.

HYDRAULIC WINCH

An optional hydraulic winch is available on most hand-fed chippers. The winch is a great tool for pulling larger limbs and trees up and into the chipper.
