For a limited time we’re offering “Bar in a Box”. An “Off the shelf” package specifically for backyard parties this summer! This is a heavily discounted price, available only for backyard parties of 30 or less- made to fit everyone’s budget!

Bar in a Box includes:
- Up to 3 hours of serving time with a certified bartender
- cooler(s)
- ice
- mixers and garnishes for up to two signature cocktails (3 ingredients or less)
- napkins and straws
- cups
- co****le set (rental only)
- custom menu to fit your theme
- all required bar tools
- Hydration station
- Satellite bar (tap trailer not included but can be reserved for additional fee)

Normally a $750+ value, now $350 if you book by June 5th. Event must be held in June, July, or August. Pricing excludes 4th of July, that date is available with Holiday up-charge.

Hi Everyone! We’ve got a lot of new faces around here, so how about a little introduction 🤪

Hi 👋🏽I’m Megan. Owner and Lead Bartender for Happenstance Event Rentals. I started this business about a year ago shortly after being impacted by the tech layoffs which was my primary job.

I’ve been a bartender or server both part and full time since the age of 15. I love talking to new people, hearing special stories, being a part of important celebrations, and doing all of that with a cold beer in hand, so what better business for me to start than a mobile bartending and equipment rental service!?

I have two boys , 2 and 4 years old, and have recently moved back to my small hometown after bopping around for the last 20 years.

I currently serve all of Greater Central Illinois and beyond.

The rental fleet includes a portable satellite bar, a teardrop camper with slide out bar, and the newest - a single horse trailer with retro design enhancements and a 4 tap keg system. Perfect for batched cocktails or your favorite beer!

Had a blast doing a branding shoot with Always Flourishing Photography at in Tremont last week!

I’ve been following Hannah for some time and a few months ago I was able to snag one of her brand Mini Sessions. She was so creative and immediately knew what to do with what I brought from my bar supplies. I’ve really been able to see a difference in her speciality in branding and I was like, I need her!

I knew I wanted my vintage/retro aesthetic to come
Through and the sneak peek photos did NOT disappoint! We focused mainly on flat lays and detail shots with drinks, and I look forward to sharing more pics of the trailers themselves when I host a private party and Timber Rose Photography shoots next month.

Tomorrow is Tinsel the Town and we are so excited!! Come see us at Paradice Hotel in East Peoria from 5-9! $10 entry fee but it includes a free drink, light appetizers, photobooth and 100 vendors to shop for the holiday season!

The shop will be closed Thursday for the event.

How cuuuute is tomorrow’s drink menu? We’re doing a dry wedding cocktail hour service (the bride and grooms request) and we incorporated a little personalization with their precious pups. Can’t wait to see the guests’ reaction to these.

We’re a fully licensed and insured mobile bartending service in Central Illinois.

**package price based on 40 people or less for 4 hours or less of service. If you have more than 40 people, we can discuss pricing to accommodate a larger group. Service can extend past 4 four hours for an additional fee. Price listed does not include the cost of alcohol. This offer is only available to clients within 60 miles of 61548. Package price is an offer valued at $1500+. Package available to private and corporate bookings only, not applicable for wedding services.
