Sometimes we see the ladies around us burning down and in great need of rest! As business owners, we can be going to hard and so fast that we don't even realize how burned out we are. Be a friend and let them know, "Hey, girl... may you should take a breather. Can I handle ___________ for you today so you can rest?" It may be a small thing, but being seen is amazing. Having someone sacrifice for a need for you solidifies a foundation in your relationship. Think about what would help you and offer that.
