The fish of the week is Grilled Spanish Octopus! We are serving this octopus over roasted fingerling potatoes, with romseco and a Spanish salsa verde.

The $10 Cocktail of the Day is our version of an Iron Ranger. This drink features Michter's Bourbon, Mr. Three & Bros Ginger Falernum, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters. At 2.5 floz of booze, this cocktail definitely packs a punch!
We are adding a few more TV's, just in time for Football season! We will have the NFL package, so we can now show 4 games at once. We will also have a TV in our private dining room, which can fit up to 18 people. So if you would like to reserve the private room for a specific game, call now to reserve! Must be parties of 10 or more to reserve the private room.
Did you know we opened a tiki bar and restaurant called Tiki Star in Peoria? Tiki Star features classic tiki cocktails using premium spirits. We have a scratch kitchen featuring a fusion of Polynesian and Asian Cuisine. Check them out next time you are in the mood for something exciting and unique!
Our fish dish of the weekend is Cioppino! This seafood stew features sea scallops, sea bass, little neck clams, mussels, and shrimp, in a white wine, fennel and tomato broth.
We know it's still 108 degrees out, but it's officially pumpkin season everywhere else, so we figured why not and added our pumpkin espresso martini to the list earlier than planned. We are calling this the Pumpkin Queen, and this martini features Outfitters Vodka, Fruitful Pumpkin Liqueur, Licor 43, Kamora Coffee Liqueur, and a cold brew espresso blend, topped with pumpkin spice.
This is our new Melon Mojito, which features Probitas Rum, Artonic Melon Liqueur, lime, mint and sugar. The Artonic Melon tastes like the most ripe cantaloupe you've ever tasted!
We are adding a few new cocktails and wines to our new late Summer menu! Pictured here is our Madeira Spritz. This Spritz features Rare Wine Co. Boston Madeira, Artonic Nectarine Apertif, ginger syrup, lemon juice, and soda water.

The $10 Cocktail of the Day today is one that we are experimenting with for our upcoming Autumn drink menu. This drink features Artonic Melon Liqueur, Probitas Rum, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Simple, seasonal, and delicious!
Our Chef's are taking you to the Mediterranean this week we our fish special! We are featuring a whole grilled Sea Bream! We are topping the fish with a Spanish style salsa verde, and serving it with a side of escalivada and arugula salad. Escalivada is a dish composed or fire roasted eggplant, bell peppers, tomatoes and onions.

This will be another 5 course pairing featuring a menu curated by Chef Mario Rana, paired with limited edition offerings from Daou. We will be announcing the menu later this week.

We are hosting our next wine pairing dinner! The event is August 19th. We are closed that day, so this will be the perfect chance for an intimate dinner. We have paired 4 excellent Spanish wines with 4 courses from our Chef's, as well as a dessert course with a dessert cocktail. We will be taking reservations in person or over the phone, and are requiring a $25 per head deposit, which will go towards to final cost of the bill. We are doing this because last time we had numerous no shows. We hope you can join us for another fun event!
We are finalizing the menu for our next wine pairing dinner! We are working with a great company from Spain. They are sending their rep over to from Spain to host the event and speak about the wines. Chef Mario Rana and his team of Chef's are curating a 5 course dinner featuring classic Spanish dishes that pair perfectly with the wine selections. The date is August 19th, which is a Monday when we are closed, so we can focus 100% of our attention to providing an intimate journey through the regions of Spain! We will release the official menu this week, and start taking reservations as soon as the menu is finalized.
