It's Pumpkin Pie Porter time

Mango Haze finally keged, carbed and poured. This thing is as the kids say. Looks like a glass of OJ, drinks like a mimosa. Sneaky bitter finish but overall delicious.

Having pump is really a game changer, gravity works fine but it's tiresome, frustrating and overall inefficient. Not only did this help with the mash and boil, cooling it's going to be effortless...speaking of which I think that's the next upgrade to the brewhouse

After a brief hiatus, getting back to the grind. Going with arguably one of the favorite brews I've made. Mixing it up a little, trying out some new equipment and of course making it bigger and bolder cause why stop at good enough! Ironically enough, I brewed this on Memorial Day last year and that's the plan again this year. Apparently a tropical hazy IPA is just the summer go to.
