Happy National Dog Day! Did you know that our dogs were an inspiration and a big piece behind our branding? Lily and Jackson (captured here in a local bookstore in Flagstaff) are West Highland Terriers, or Westies! We’ve combined the name with being on the West side of town and our dogs, and then our brand was born.

Westies are sweet, happy-go-lucky, energetic and people-lovers… the perfect mascot to fit our style. - T🤙🏼

Did you know that in our “Grab & Go be Awesome” fridge we have goodies that do not included refined sugars? Such as our Chocolate Almond Butter Bar… This rich and decadent treat delivers the perfect bites to go along with an organic coffee or tea (may we suggest a macchiato to get the most of our coffee from ) We procure the best raw ingredients to bring you thoughtfully crafted goodies, that’s for all the things we make at the shop! Which is everything but our bread pretty much!

Our treats are sweetened with only natural and organic options like pure maple syrup, local honey, dates and the occasional agave syrup. No refined sugars or artificial flavors or toxic colors, EVER.

Did you know that tastebuds get developed very early in our life? Also, did you know that taste buds can be nurtured and trained, reset, and even recalibrated to find delight in REAL flavors that come from REAL food?

The more real food you eat, the more sensitive your palate, the more real food you eat, the better the food you crave.

We’re a pretty family centric place at Westy’s — we believe the best days are ahead for all of us, but we might need to go back to the good old days where eating real, unprocessed food were the thing and love on farmers and not fast food chains.

You’ve heard it before that many families these days are overfed and undernourished, we’re here to stand ground and say that we’re gonna stick to helping your family consume organic, nutrient dense, real food, in new and sometimes classic methods that simply bring joy and peace of mind.

We’re not supposed to be perfect when it comes to food, but being better than yesterday is a start. And it’s never too late (nor too early to start)!

Always thankful for the local spots in our community. Westy’s was planned, crafted, and developed while on premises of local coffee shops run by small business owners. Until we open up our own doors later this year, we’ll continue to support local! (And so should you!)

One day, someone who’s crafting their business venture will plop down for hours at Westy’s to do the very same. We can’t wait.

This spot is the only place that serves organic coffee on this side of town that we know of! Big ups for that! 👊🏼💥

DID YOU KNOW? We freeze the few juices left over on any give pop-up day? Meaning they are frozen within the first 24-30 hours approximately from when they were pressed!

They keep for at least a year in the freezer with no damage to the nutrients and no change to the texture! Some actually prefer their strong greens (our Super Greens) on the slushy side!

We bundle these up in a generous frozen pack of 5 random juices and 2 frozen wellness shots for just $35 for those who like to have a stash on hand such as sniffly days ahead or to have them for travel.

We’re nearing the halfway mark of 2023, and through all of our interactions with customers, we’re finding that many of you are going through it! From sickness, life-changing events like loss of jobs and even loved ones — overall the hardships life sometimes brings… We feel ya.

Here’s a tidbit you may not have known about our team and what we’re here for. Besides the delicious organic juices, salads, and treats we offer to the great people of the NW valley — we hang onto a deeper purpose, and it has everything to do with you.

At Westy’s, we believe in the power of prayer. We’ve seen miracles happen that have defied unthinkable odds and that’s enough for us to believe that there is great power it in.

No matter your faith background, our team would love to pray for you, your loved ones and your friends.

Westy’s was born out of an act of faith, and all we do to this day solely relies on asking God to bless our efforts to better the community we live in.

That’s the calling. That’s the purpose of this endeavor.

We value every interaction at our pop-ups, and connecting with others through doing business as a humble little juice shop is fueling our passion even further. We don’t believe in accidents, only in appointed interactions that enrich relationships, new and old.
