Congratulations to our 7th Grade Volleyball Team — REGIONAL CHAMPIONS!!

The girls defeated Monmouth ICS in the final 25-16, 25-21 to to advance to the Sectional Championship on Monday, March 4 at 6:00 PM at Chillicothe St. Edward (1221 E Fifth St, Chillicothe).

This is the first Regional Championship in St. Jude Catholic School history. Way to go, girls. We are very proud of you!!

CONGRATULATIONS to our 8th grade boys basketball team on their 3rd Place finish in the IESA 8-1A State Tournament. Down 5 to start the 4th quarter, the FIRE battled back to force overtime. The FIRE sealed the victory in OT 38-36 and brought home the 3rd place trophy!

Once again, congratulations to our boys and coaches on another trip to State and a very successful season. A BIG thank you to coaches Ho and Hoeft for their time and dedication to this team and St. Jude Athletics.

Today is the day!! The 8th boys basketball team returns to Warrensburg-Latham High School at 6:00 PM this evening to play for the 3rd place State trophy. Please join us if you are available!!

Earlier this month our 5th and 6th grade girls volleyball teams traveled to Morton Blessed Sacrament for their annual Volleyrama tournament. Congratulations to both teams as they played some excellent volleyball at the tournament. Our 5th grade girls finished 2nd in their tournament while our 6th graders finished 3rd in their bracket.

Congratulations to both teams for a stellar performance! We are proud of you!

Tomorrow is the day! The 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team returns to the State Tournament!!

Join us today (Friday) at 2:40 PM in the school gymnasium for our State Pep Rally!

We will gather again tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10:00 AM in the school parking lot to decorate cars and to cheer the caravan off to State!

What an incredible gesture from our friends at St. Philomena!! Yesterday, as our 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team prepared for State, several of the STATE BOUND St. Philomena Tigers stopped by to wish our guys good luck this weekend. Thank you!!

Tigers, we wish you the very best as you journey back to State to defend your title this weekend. Bring the FIRE!! Paws up, boys!!
