Mardi Gras 2024
Please join us for the Heart of Peoria Catholic
Community Mardi Gras Celebration on Saturday,
February 10th! We will kick off our celebration with
Mass at 5:30 pm at St. Bernard’s and then proceed to
the East Bluff Community Center (St. Bernard School) for food and fellowship afterwards. Enjoy a Nacho Bar and other snacks and desserts.

Can you help those in need this year for Christmas? Consider bringing a toy, puzzle, Legos, game, etc. to the Cathedral Vestibule. Catholic Charities will be collecting gifts for families in need this year and many people have signed up from St. Bernard's area. Thank you in advance for your generosity. Catholic Charities will serve those in need at St. Bernard Church on February 14th. You can meet the St. Nicholas Van at 2pm in the St. Bernard Gym parking lot.

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Peoria gives thanks and blessings to Carol Romanowski and the Christ Child Society of Central IL for donating four (4) pallets of size 1 diapers to our St. Gianna Baby Pantry. Thank you and God bless you!

We had so much fun with the Spoonful fundraiser last year! Let's do it again!
We will hold a bowl painting party at Sophia's Kitchen on August 17. Sign up for one of 3 time slots. $30 fee includes paint, studio time and 2 blank bowls. You can keep one bowl, or donate both to Sophia's Kitchen to be sold at our Soup Event on October 2. More information on that to come!
