VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION AT THE MONTECITO: The Peoria High School ROTC Color Guard and Honor Guard joined us for a for a moving and memorable celebration of our veterans past and present today.
Halloween Party @ The Montecito: The Living Room was full of ghosts, goblins, witches, clowns...and even a very famous pirate at the Halloween party! Residents enjoyed games, refreshments and a spooky spooky Haunted House!
Staff pumpkin carving contest: On Halloween, each department at The Montecito decorated a pumpkin for a very heated cometition. Congratulations to Yvonne & Will of the Marketing Department for the blinged-out winning pumpkin!

Heres a great job. At The Montecito we have what they call an Activities Director AKA "Fun Job"!! They are in charge of making sure our residents have a totally great day from sun rise to sun down. Like swimming, Tai Chi, live band, bingo, poker & a ton of other stuff.
And they get to join in on the fun!! Isn't that an awesome job?!!
