One of the pleasures in Real Estate is when you find a great contractor that does quality work at fair pricing. I just worked with Dale Riggin (309-613-6502) to remove two trees from one of my rental properties. He and his crew arrived when they said they would, did their work in a quality manner, and left the jobsite clean eveynight. I did not have to worry about any complaints from the neighbors and several stopped by to comment on how well Dale and his team were doing.

Dale and his team removed the trees. hauled away the debris, ground the stumps, brought in dirt to fill the holes and seeded the lawn. A few pictures of their work is included below.

On the last property we worked on we had a basement issue that needed to be repaired. Frustrating when we uncovered the problem but ultimately, I was happy how it turned out.
