I recently had to cancel a few events I was supposed to set up at. I had trouble with my hauling vehicle and couldn’t make it. I understand it made a few people upset, I know the work you put into your event and the vision you had for it. But please understand the decision to back out of an event doesn’t come easy. Please understand food truck owners have things happen to them too, just like everyone else and it always happens at the worst time. My truck broke so not only did I lose money fixing it, I lost the money I would have made from the events I had to cancel. Please keep in mind just because we are good truck owners doesnt mean we are exempt from things happening to us. We are human too, so be kind.

Heyyy!!! I wanted to let you all know how we are going to be doing thing this summer. Last year was a learning year for us and unfortunately there was a lot of waste. This summer we’ve decided this menu will be a bit different.

Instead of us making cups and doing different types of cheesecakes we’ve decided to do plain baked and no- bake cheesecakes with different toppings. Each month we will offer 2 different specialty cheesecakes and the special will change each month. So it will go like this, you pick the type of cheesecake you want: sliced, nacho, stuffed donut, Then toppings. We are hoping this might make things run a little bit smoother for us as well. If you could give me feedback on this I would greatly appreciate it.
