JUNE ‘24 COMMITTED CLUB ❤️‍🔥

Summer craziness is in full swing but we still had 67 athletes meet that 15 class minimum 💪

A good day out at / for the crew! Two teams competed, two podium finishes 💪

As always, the support from this community was top-tier & the energy was unmatched ❤️‍🔥 Thank you to those of you who came to cheer our athletes on, they are just getting started!

MAY 2024 COMMITTED CLUB ❤️‍🔥

Over 90 athletes made it in to class at least 15 times this last month. Way to prioritize your health amongst the craziness that May brought! 💪

Shoutout to Jonny Tillery for taking home this month’s prize of a $100 gift card to for a treatment of his choosing 🤑

Incendians, we don’t want the weather to be the only thing hitting triple digits in June…🥵 let’s see if we can pack committed club with over 100 of us!

Wow! What a turnout today for our annual HONORING of all who gave the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE. Over TWO HUNDRED ATHLETES came out to CrossFit Incendia this year to participate in Murph. (And another 30 little ones in our KidCare). We start them out early at Incendia, and we couldn’t be more prouder of the next generation of the kids who have grown up around this gym. What a GREAT Morning. We remember and honor all those who were unable to not make it home to their families during their service to this Amazing Country. We even had some traveling Incendians who completed Murph while out of town. Way to get it done!

All gave some, some gave all. 🇺🇸

Today we honor the life and ultimate sacrifice made by Lieutenant Michael Murphy and so many others. Freedom isn’t free - we are grateful to live in the land of the free because of the brave. Happy Memorial Day, Incendians!

The Cactus Games wrapped up yesterday with individual divisions for the first time ever & a couple Incendians came home with some hardware! ❤️‍🔥 Whether it was their first individual comp or something they do regularly, they left it all out there & we couldn’t be more proud.

To all of our Incendian strong mamas - today we celebrate YOU! 🌸 The ones in the thick of sleepless nights & diaper changes, answering a million questions a day, rushing around to a million sporting events each day, in the trenches with teenagers, navigating adult relationships with your kids, & the ones who have complex feelings on days like today… we see you & we honor you 🫶🏼

Moms put everyone around them above themselves - they give & give with often minimal recognition. Today is YOUR day & we hope that you are being treated like the queens you are. 👑 No one does it quite like moms. 💪❤️‍🔥

At CFI, we have a program tailor-made to the needs of athletes ages 12-16 who are hungry to elevate their performance in every way. Our program isn’t just about physical conditioning, it’s about nurturing the leaders of tomorrow. 🔥

Here’s what your athlete can expect from our program:

Our Junior Athletes Program offers a high-energy, supportive environment where your athlete will thrive alongside peers who are equally committed to pushing themselves to new heights. By enrolling your child in our program, you’re not just investing in their athletic prowess; you’re setting them on a path towards lifelong wellness and success.

Sweet Jilly was born with congenital CMV. This affected her blood platelets and she needed SIX platelet transfusions while in the NICU after birth. She was also born with a grade 3 bilateral hemorrhage in both ventricles of her brain. Thankfully, the platelet transfusions saved her life and she is creating her own platelets now. Thanks to the donations of many like you, Jilly is alive and healthy! ♥️
