Twisted Italian Restaurant in Peoria, AZ is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join our team. Hours include days, nights and weekends. Located within the Lake Pleasant Towne Center at Lake Pleasant Rd and Happy Valley rd. , Twisted Italian is an independent upscale casual full-service Italian restaurant servicing the Northwest Valley. We offer a combination of Italian Specialties, Steaks & Seafood, Chicago Classics, and unique creative offerings.

Responsibilities

· Prepare high quality and properly plated food timely & consistently according to recipes.

· Perform daily safety checks and oversight on food processes including temping, rotating, testing, food storage assessments…

· Preparing and manage a prep list with team.

Experience

· 3-5+ years line cook experience preferred

· Cooking Italian cuisine is a strong plus

· Sauté and or Expo Experience a strong plus

Qualifications of the Line Cook

· Dependability

· Positive attitude

· Must have a commitment to high quality food delivery

· Must have a very strong understanding of Food Safety and its application.

· Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced high volume team environment.

We are very pleased to move forward and partially reopen in-restaurant dining this week. Our reopening date will be this Thursday May 14th. In anticipation for Thursday, we are continuing to finalize our processes and procedures that provide a safe environment for customers and employees and at the same time provide the best possible guest experience. The procedures incorporated for the reopening will be following guidance from the CDC, Governor’s Office and Arizona Restaurant Association.

Those procedures will result in a reduction to our seating capacity as we will be spacing tables. As a result, we temporarily will not be accepting reservations. Additionally, we will not be accepting groups greater than 6.

We do realize that not everyone is ready for in restaurant dining. We will continue to focus on our take-out program and take-out specials. To the extent possible, we will be shifting as many orders as possible to prepaid and curbside delivery.

While our hours are still reduced, we are beginning to increase some of those hours. Effective Thursday, our hours will be: Monday -Closed, Tuesday -Thursday 3:00pm-8:30pm, Friday 3:00pm – 9:00pm, Saturday 11:30am-9:00pm, Sunday 11:30am-8:00pm.

We are truly extremely excited to be moving forward with in restaurant dining. Serving guests and providing a memorable experience is what we all love to do, and we cannot wait to start to get back to it.
