Another successful sale at Shaker Club! I'm thrilled that this family is now able to move ahead and settle their mother's estate. It's been a long road, of course, full of sadness and the challenges that the probate court can bring. Together, we worked our way though the complexities and closed the sale.

At every step, Jill and Jon made sure that everything was the best it could possibly be for everyone involved. To say the house was perfection for photos and showings is not an overstatement. Today marks 6 months since Grace Meyer joined The Sweeney Group as our Digital Marketing Specialist! I am thrilled and grateful to have Grace at my side!

Welcome to Cleveland, Nic! Lovely to meet you, Marty (Nic's mom) for key day and moving week!

This fabulous townhouse in Ohio City is the perfect fit, checked all the boxes. In fact, it is the one and only home we toured (and that tour was via FaceTime!). We are all so glad that Nic jumped on this one right away since nothing else like this has come to market. In this market, if you snooze you lose!
