Happy anniversary to us! Today marks 15 years for The Petaluma Active 20-30 club as a club! A big shoutout to all of our current and former members and community partners that have helped us over the years!

Children’s Shopping Spree 2024 🛍️📚💇🏻‍♀️

This past weekend we took over 100 kids back to school shopping along with and ! Kids got to pick out new clothes and shoes, get a backpack filled with school supplies, get their haircuts and breakfast so they can go into their school year feeling confident!

Thank you to all of the volunteers and members who helped make this possible! And some big shout outs to Petaluma rotary, Eleni and Dustin from The Shop, Miyokos, Petaluma Regional Library, Niki from Petaluma Hair, Providence Mobile Dental Clinic, Una Vida, Kohl’s and Costco for helping make this event possible!

Our first business meeting of the new term was a success! Are you looking to get more involved in your community? Join us on 7/31 at 730pm for line dancing at Torches in Petaluma and on 8/10 to volunteer to shop with underserved children, DM us for more info!

One of our members celebrated a birthday this past weekend! Hana has been a member since 2022.
She said her favorite part of the club is that we intentionally raise money for kids in the communities at each event.

Her favorite event is kids shopping spree because we get to go one on one with the kids in need and get to make their day! Coming up on August 10th!

Our members enjoyed a fun weekend in Reno for the annual National 2030 Convention! Activities included a triple A (Aces) game, a hands on project putting together hygiene kits, the national annual general meeting and the annual awards dinner. Our club was thrilled to win Club of the Year for the 2022-2023 term and runner up for president of the year (Ryo Pasadis)! Additionally, two of our very own members have joined the National Board for the next term. Laura Wasson was voted in as President Elect and Megan McClelland will be the Region 5 Director! Congrats to everyone else who won and will be holding board positions this next term!
