The time has come for me to make a change. I have been so grateful to have made some amazing relationships over the past 26 years. I have watched kids grow into adults who now have their own babies. I’ve provided dresses for high school dances, proms and weddings. Customers have shared their triumphs and their losses with me. Stink has been a place for me to connect with people and help women feel beautiful in the clothes they wear. It’s been my happy place , But all good things must come to an end. 2024 seems like the perfect time for me to pivot. I’m choosing to focus on other interests as well as put more energy into ’s Wine County Deli.
It’s time to pass the baton and watch the next entrepreneur create their “happy place” at 126 Kentucky Street.
I want to thank all my employees over the years , my sales reps, my downtown neighbors, my landlord Patrick Burke, my family and the one who made my life easier and treated my store like her own Heidi Sealfon! I couldn’t have done it without you.

This little girl came to me this Christmas 🎄. It’s such a special gift from
The Stink Girl was a vision of “me” from a designer years ago. Maybe she looks mad or maybe like she’s throwing a fit. To me she is really a symbol of a girl who knows what she wants! That’s how I see her! I hope over the years she has made people laugh, or even question “why” for a clothing store. What I Hope she does for many women is identify a little bit with that inner little girl who gets what she wants. Here’s to The Stink Girl who has been hanging on Kentucky Street for 26 years!

I love this day! Every year on Christmas Eve I always work no matter if it’s my day to work or not. It’s become my tradition. I see friends in town visiting that I haven’t seen for a while. People are friendly, and excited to spend time with loved ones. The holiday cheer is running rampant and it brings me joy. Stop by and say hi. One of the many reasons having a storefront makes me happy. I get to meet amazing people that bring joy to my business every time they come downtown. If I was an online business I never would have met Marley. She is pure joy and happiness. Online businesses selling products may make you happy because it puts money in your pocket, but it lacks the human connection. My passion is fashion and when I mix it with people my heart explodes. I am grateful 🙏🏻❤️
