It’s hard for us to sometimes see our worth , not just what people should pay us for our expertise but how people should value us as the person we are.
We sell ourselves short, devalue our opinions and experiences and let ourselves be treated as not worthy. This starts with us and how we value ourselves, how we talk to ourselves how we respect and take care of ourselves, the decisions we make and, how we let others talk to and treat us. If we don’t value ourselves and know our worth others won’t either.
You are valuable, you are worthy and you deserve to be treated as the precious individual that you are.

I’m having a day,well actually more of a week! And,I know some of you maybe feeling that way too.
When people tell you it’s all going to be OK, it will all work out, it never fu***ng helps me, it just sounds patronizing and makes me feel invalidated. Yes it will work out, sometime just not the way you want or hope it will. But, here is what I do know, the challenges you face make you stronger and teach you what you need to know about yourself. Never underestimate how powerful, strong, brave, resourceful and resilient you are. Be kind to yourself because even if nobody else is we need to be our strongest allies, forgive yourself and keep moving forward don’t stay stuck or play the blame game. Sometimes life just sucks and if you need to cry, scream, eat chocolate or buy a pair of shoes it’s OK go for it. And above all else remember that there is always light after darkness, and you can handle whatever curveball’s come at you and be a BRAVER, more INTELLIGENT, more TENACIOUS, more CREATIVE and more HONEST woman that can light up her own journey and hopefully illuminate others also.
