*New class Summer 2024* Having a solid foundation of strength, balance, and cardio makes it easier to say “yes” to all of the activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. Each class will include a curated series of body weight movements, fast-paced intervals / circuits, balance practice, and core. BFF is designed to challenge and inspire you!

October🍂🎃🍁 means a big change of the seasons. Many of you rely on hiking, biking and walking to stay fit, but adverse weather often is the excuse to take time off.
