I was walking on the beach this weekend while at a mens retreat with my church and noticed a beautiful pattern in the sand and I took this photo you see… and I asked myself how does sand look so beautiful? Sand by itself is just sand, but the constant movement of water over the sand creates a pattern that makes you stop and notice how beautiful it is…the sand by itself can show no beauty… without the water it is just sand…The water is what gives the sand the beautiful pattern… And I realize I myself am made of dust just like this sand…

Jesus said ”Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”

Without Jesus I am just sand…The water is what changes the sand to look beautiful… Jesus is the one that gets all the credit for what He’s doing in me… I am just dust…

As a barber you see styles come and go… You either adapt and learn what clients want… or get left behind… Progress or get left… my craft is evolving and Im loving these new looks that are landing in my chair… Cosmetologist have always been able to cut men and womens hair… but barbers have only been able to cut mens hair… the industry is changing and I will change with it… I want to be the barber that cuts men and womens hair… not just specialize in fades but in layers also… Any style men or women I want to be the best I can at it… Applying pressure to myself… I got New goals to reach…
