1️⃣ Cleanse gently: Sweat and sunscreen buildup can clog pores. Wash your face twice a day with a mild cleanser to keep skin fresh, but do not over-exfoliate your skin.

2️⃣ Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate: Drinking plenty of water helps flush out toxins from your body, promoting clear skin from within.

3️⃣ Avoid makeup when working out. But when putting anything on your face choose lightweight skincare products: Opt for oil-free, non-comedogenic moisturizers and makeup to prevent pore blockage and breakouts.

4️⃣ Hands off: Avoid touching your face to minimize transferring bacteria and oils, which can lead to breakouts and do not pick pimples. Picking at pimples can lead to inflammation, scarring, and even more breakouts. Instead, treat them gently with targeted acne treatments and allow them to heal naturally. Your skin will thank you in the long run!

5️⃣ Sunscreen is a must every day: Protect your skin from UV damage with a non-comedogenic sunscreen. Look for SPF 30 or higher for optimal protection.
