A few weeks ago, we had a community meeting to share our vision for making 76 Place a project to benefit the whole community and to answer questions from community members. Highlights from last night’s Community Meeting
20% of the housing created in Center City by 76 Place will be affordable housing units for Philly families. And, not a single Philadelphian will be displaced by the development. This is a win-win for our city!
