Please join us in welcoming Member Advisor - Ireland to the team!! Ireland graduated from King’s college with a degree in English, is a former softball player and now enjoys lifting and cycling! Outside of StretchLab, Ireland is a huge Movie buff. Fun Fact: Ireland has a dog named after Bryce Harper!
The “Spiro” is a simple, yet very effective tool to aid in stretching outside of the studio. We all want better flexibility, and sometimes performing the stretches to improve it can be a bit challenging themselves. This tool is portable, flexible, and can aid in getting into some of the key stretches to move better daily! Swipe to see some examples of how the Spiro can become your next go-to fitness tool!
The overall tension created from hours per day, week after week, month after month, cannot be relieved adequately with a few seconds of stretching before a workout. Often times, those who experience a full stretch don’t realize how much better they’re supposed to feel as they go through their daily activities until they’ve tried us out! Be the next one!

He enjoys spending time outside being active and exploring the city for the best food. Fun fact: David is an accomplished juggler with a personal record of 5 balls.

Natalie has been with us for 8 months, diligently coming in for 50 min stretches to relieve the stresses of working a desk job in the medical field and Grad school prep. She has increased her overall mobility by over 40 points! Great Job doing your best in and out of the studio!

Fun fact: She speaks a Nigerian language called Igbo!
