Snatched Kitchen is back! Here are the weeks I'll be open. Okay, here's how it works:

💜 New menus will drop weekly
💜 Orders will be accepted Tuesday through Thursday
💜 Orders may be picked up on Sundays or delivered on Mondays
💜 Payments will now only be accepted online via PayPal

The dates here are Sundays so orders will be taken the Tuesday through Thursday the week before. YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?! I'll be accepting orders tomorrow 🎉 stayed tuned for the menu.

Sorry not sorry but Mama snatched needs a vacation. I will be out town this weekend so I am not accepting orders for next week but will resume for the week of 3/14 so be on the look out for that post. In the meantime in between time I know you all have health and wellness goals so here are a few resources:

1. You are just in luck! just started up her prepping again for this month. You may place an order this week to be picked up (airport area) Monday-Thursday of next week. Follow her and check her out.

2. You can still order your .juicedbykaylove juices just follow her page and hit her up. Maybe next week would be a good week for a juice cleanse???

3. If you do not have time to shop place an order with and get local fresh produce delivered straight to you! You can now add things like fish, eggs and local honey. The link is in their bio.

4. Here's a cool list that I found to help you shop. Just pick 2 items from each category that align with 1 to 2 recipes/meal ideas and stick with that. Keep it simple and don't go shopping without a plan!

This week I wanted to add a low carb red rice and beans option! This healthified version of a Puerto Rican favorite will be made using my homemade sofrito (which I pretty much use every week in different foods, it's THE best) and sazon & adobo. All the flavors minus the fillers and lower salt content. WEPA 💃🏾
