Shrubs are a syrup made from fruits, spices, sugar, and vinegar. They are sweet and tart and make a perfect addition to our menu.

Our Pumpkin Shrub is made with pure pumpkin, fresh ginger, nutmeg, allspice and Demerara sugar and apple cider vinegar.

Try it in a soda, espresso tonic, gut healthy shot, or in a Zero proof Havest featured at our Topshelf bar launching later this week!
