Philadelphia will be the heart of America’s Semiquincentennial celebration in 2026 and so many wonderful places and organizations are getting ready. Among them is the Benjamin Rush Garden, the new home of the Bicentennial Bell. A gift presented by Queen Elizabeth II in 1976, the bronze bell weighs about 6 tons and was cast in the same London foundry as the Liberty Bell. This national treasure can now be seen at 3rd and Walnut Streets.

What You Gon' Do? - Widescreen Version

The Mary Cassat Exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art is an inspiring and impressive display of female ingenuity. A native of Pennsylvania, was a pioneering member of the French Impressionists who believed in empowering women, depicting them as active and engaged figures. As a Woman-Owned Business, Octo is proud that our cherished city is home to Mary Cassatt at Work, the first large-scale exhibition of the artist’s work in the U.S. in a quarter century. The exhibition runs through September 8, 2024. Don’t miss it!
