Thirsty Thursday's drink of the day
Woo Woo Cocktail 😋🩷🍹

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Club Soda
Lime Wedge
For Garnish
Lime Slice

Place the Vodka, Peach Schnapps, and Cranberry Juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well for 15-30 seconds to combine.
Pour into ice-filled glasses, top up with club soda, and add a squeeze of lime.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a cocktail umbrella if desired!
Enjoy!

Northern Lights

Transport yourself to a mesmerizing dJisplay of the Northern Lights with this invigorating and vivid drink! Missed the celestial show on May 31st due to cloudy skies?
Fear not, as you can now savor a sip of the enchanting aurora right in your glass. Who's ready to embark on this colorful experience?

Ingredients:
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz coconut rum
1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
- Maraschino cherries and lemon slices for garnish
If you want to make this non alcoholic try these substitutions
For the Blue Curacao, there is a Blue Curacao simple syrup
For the Triple sec, there is a non alcoholic Triple sec simple syrup
You can find these in the soda aisle of the grocery store
For the coconut rum, use Totani coconut syrup or Pina colada mix
For the vodka, if the guests are adults and not kids, you can buy non alcoholic vodka

Today, November 17th 2023 is Beth's Party Service's 15th anniversary in business

15 years ago, when I started my business, it only consisted of Me.

My first party was a baby naming, and to be honest, I was so new at this, I really didn't know what I was doing.

But as the years went by, I grew to know what the clients wanted from me, and I was able to do that and more!!!

And little did I know, that now after 15 years I would have over 40 wonderful, SUPER, FANTASTIC staff members that have helped me grow my business to what it is today. With many of them, now being some of my best friends, and it feels like family. When I work with them, it never feels like work, and we have alot fun doing our jobs.
And so many clients feel like family too, since I have been helping them with all of their annual parties, and I get to see their children grow up each and every year

During the 15 years, I have been a part of so many weddings, 312 to be exact. It was always a honor to be there, as the bride and groom start their married life together

And as of right now, we have worked at 3486 parties and just 14 parties away from 3500 too.which we will be working on Thanksgiving

Clients have celebrated their milestones with us, including birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, bar and bat mitzvahs, 1st communions, summer BBQ'S, holiday dinners including Thanksgiving, Christmas eve/day, New year's eve/day and all their annual parties, that we have done thru the years.

I am so honored to have been a part of their lives, and that they trusted my staff and I with their most important celebrations.

Without my clients and my staff, my business wouldn't have grown to what it is today.

And for that I am eternally grateful to all that have made me the person I am today and my business successful

I will be updating with some more pictures from the weekend, where we will be bartending at a wedding in Bromall Pa , plus 2 of my staff members will go there early to decorate the reception room and go back later in the day, to set up the dessert table and help serve the dessert. We will be, bartending at a party in the Olde city part of Philadelphia,, also bartending at a birthday party in Manville, NJ, and we will be bartending and helping with the food, in Lansdale, PA. The 3rd time ,2 of my staff members will have beeen there this year.
And Sunday, we will be in Cinnaminson, NJ at the home of a repeat customer, that has used us since 2015

Beth,'s Party Service is looking for hardworking servers, bartenders, kitchen help and BBQ grill cooks to join our team!

Hours vary depending on the event.

Shifts go between 5-10 hours depending on the party.

Applicants must be able to work nights and weekends

If you be available to work Thanksgiving, Christmas eve/day, New Year's eve/day,, THAT'S A PLUS

Great range of pay, 28.00 to 30.00 an hour for non holiday parties

Holiday pay range is 47.00 to 49.00 an hour

Must have atleast 10 years of restaurant and catering experience

It is helpful to be able to be a server and a bartender so we can use you for both positions

We work well with other work schedules, etc
Great opportunity for supplemental income.

Applicant must be able to stay on their feet for long periods of time..

This Saturday, I will be working a BIG wedding in Reading where I will be making a Margarita Mocktail and a Alcoholic Margarita.
Making the non alcoholic Margarita, is that there are alot of invited guests that don't drink alcohol
I did buy a non alcoholic Triple sec that I will add to the non alcoholic cocktail to give it a better flavor

I couldn't have reached this magnificent milestone without the most dedicated staff in the business.

I want to Thank each and everyone of them for their hard work and dedication to me and my business.

And I want to thank all of the clients who hired us to help make all their fabulous celebrations full of Laughter and FUN,

We are looking forward to all the parties that are coming up in August and the rest of summer,

So if you are having a late summer get together, Don't hesitate to give me a call, we would love to help you with any kind of celebration you are having
