As always, feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email to make your reservation too! Orrr if you get a last min pizza craving, just come on over :)

Reservations at Salvy are available on a rolling 30-day schedule on OpenTable. Each day, the 30th calendar day ahead will become available to book. (helpful reminder: August has 31 days! 😆)

If you have an existing reservation, no need to worry! Any upcoming reservations that were previously booked with us on Tock will automatically be transferred to OpenTable.

Lorenzo Scavino of Azelia, a longtime friend of our family, is joining us at Pizzeria Salvy for a glorious evening of pizza eating & barolo drinking. What a time! 🤩

A little about Lorenzo:
Since 1920, the Scavino family has been vinifying the grapes from the family’s land in Castiglione Falletto, located in the heart of the Langa of Barolo. One of the most extraordinary wine regions in the world! Each generation has taken it to the next level from growing to bottling to selling to exporting.
