Guests enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal by the chefs including:

🍽️Yassa Poisson with onion mustard sauce, braised leeks, herb oil and jollof rice

In celebration of World Bartender Day, we’d like to highlight our amazing crew behind the bar. Meet Bartenders Steven Diaz and Jacob Verlinghieri. These two are the faces of our CO-OP bar and the brains behind some of our new cocktails: The Wilmington Plum Crush is Steven’s creation, inspired by his favorite winter flavors and stone fruit. The cocktail features Gosling’s Rum, plum and lemon. Jacob’s Saddle Mountain Sippa’ boasts Altos Tequila, spiced pear syrup, brown sugar and lemon. Jacob was inspired by the complementing flavor profile of the sweetness from the winter pear and agave in the tequila. Cheers to you, Steve and Jacob!
