We are excited to introduce our new Pastry Chef Julimar Perez!

Julimar has an associate degree in Pastry Arts and is a current senior at Walnut Hill College. She is driven by the desire to travel, experience different styles of cuisine, and learn from various chefs. This passion for exploration and culinary artistry has motivated her to excel in the pastry industry. She is happiest in the kitchen and that is very clearly reflected in her work.

Julimar’s current favorite dessert on our menu is the Tiramisu made with bourbon and espresso. Be sure to try it during your next visit!
