Today, on Glioblastoma Awareness Day, we gather to amplify the ​voices, experiences, and urgent needs of everyone living with ​glioblastoma, the most common, complex, treatment-resistant, and ​deadliest type of brain cancer. This year more than 14,490 Americans ​will receive a glioblastoma diagnosis. Americans like Jim Harrick, Jr. ​who passed in 2023 after his 2 1/2 year battle. His father, national ​champion UCLA men's basketball coach, tells his story of the impact ​this diagnosis made on his life and the lives of those he loves.
