We are so blessed!!! A new customer arrived in the shop this week, she went to the another shop to get a few things repaired and they quoted her $4k, yes $4,000!!!!!! We did the same job for under $900.

She was extremely grateful and bought the entire garage lunch, drinks, snacks and dessert!

This is what Polam is about, honesty and affordability.

We had multiple phone calls this week from customers that had their catalytic converter’s stolen. This customer was extremely satisfied with the job we did and the bill she received.

Here at Polam we are not out to scam our customers or charge top dollar. We have been told constantly how much our customers trust us and appreciate our fair prices. Remember, sometimes no matter how hard you try, you can not please everyone, but we try our best to do so.

❓What is Polam known for?

☺️We are known for our honesty and going the extra mile for our customers. We won’t sit here & tell you about every situation, especially because the Lord says to be humble.

😕We are in trying times right now as MANY businesses are.

🥸We have customers that expect us to have their vehicles back the same day. Unfortunately this is not something we can guarantee.

🫣There’s the issue of parts being back ordered. It seems as if almost everything is on back order or a limited supply is available. Unfortunately this can delay your vehicle being fixed in a timely manner. This is beyond our control. We’ve had many situations where it takes us months to receive parts.

🫤We also are short handed often. So without a full staff, we can’t get everything done in a day as we would like to.
