Arts Ballroom Positioned on the ground level of the Arts Condominium, this 1920s Art Deco inspired building was the former site of the Hotel Sylvania.
Arts Ballroom Catering and Events is Philadelphia’s premiere special events venue located directly off of the Avenue of the Arts, where cultural sophistication and diversity meet the richness of tradition and history. Boasting a two-story Grand Hall, Ballroom, and Mezzanine, the Arts Ballroom offers both historical distinction and contemporary style for events from 100-550 guests. All showings by appointment only.

Arts Ballroom Catering and Events is Philadelphia’s “hidden gem” and premiere special events venue located directly off of the Avenue of the Arts; where cultural sophistication and diversity meet the richness of tradition and history. Positioned on the ground level of the Arts Condominium, this 1920s Art Deco inspired building was the former site of the Hotel Sylvania. Boasting a two-story Grand Ballroom, Sylvania cocktail room and Mezzanine, the Arts Ballroom offers both historical distinction and contemporary style for events from 100-550 guests.
Packages range from $110-200 per person depending on service type, food selections, upgrades, time of year, the day of the week, etc.
