Chalfont Lions Club
We are a community service organization that has been around for over 80 years.
At our November meeting, we inducted 2 new members. Welcome Lions Junetae and Alicia.
At our October meeting, President and Past District Governor Greg (on the left) hand District Governor Larry (on the right) a check for $100 for a diistrict project.
We are still collecting clothing and personal care items for our veterans. We have collection boxes at the Chalfont Family Restaurant, Chalfont Post Office, and the New Britain Township Building. Please support our veterans.
The Chalfont Lions Club will be collecting new and used clothing for Veterans for the month of November. We are also collecting personal care items for men and women.
Item can be dropped off in the marked boxes at the New Britain Township building, Chalfont Post Office, and/or Chalfont Family Restaurant.

Due to the rain, our Easter Egg Hunt has been postponed until Saturday, April 8 at 10am. The Facebook event has been changed to reflect this.
We are holding a food drive to benefit the New Britain Baptist Church Food Pantry this month. We are collecting non-perishable items. Thank you to those who have purchased their Christmas Tree from the tree lot at Chalfont United Methodist Church. If you are still looking for a tree, the tree lot is open Monday-Friday 6pm-8:30/9pm (depends on weather and foot traffic), Saturdays 9am-9pm, and Sundays 12ish-8:30/9pm. They are offering drilling in the bottom of the tree for your tree stand.

Thank you to all who donated clothing for our Veteran's Clothing Drive. We are done with this clothing drive. All boxes have been removed from our collection site.

November. We will have collection boxes at 4 locations: New Britain Township building, Walker Chiropractic, Chalfont Post Office,
and Chalfont Family Restaurant. Remember, veterans are both male and female. Thank you for your support.

The Chalfont Lion Club has given 10,330 pairs of used eyeglasses to VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) since June 2015. Thank you for your support!

We will be holding a Dine and Donate at the New Britain Inn on Sunday, July 24 from 5-8pm. Our club will receive 20% of all food purchases from DINE IN orders. You must present them with the flyer. Recently, Lion Tony delivered 600 pairs of used eyeglasses to our VOSH representative, Dr. David McPhillips, in Horsham. These eyeglasses will be cleaned and sorted, before being sent overseas to those in need. Thank you for your support!
