The next Group Motion Workshop is taking place again on Saturday, June 22nd at 18:00 🌟
We are very much looking forward to guiding you into this deep experience of moving and connecting with others.
This workshop is a guided movement journey, accompanied by LIVE MUSIC✨You will have the opportunity to explore your individual way of moving and how your natural body language communicates. How do I move? How does my movement express itself? How can I communicate with others without words? This workshop gives space for spontaneous play, interactivity with music, connection to a group and a deepening of self-trust.💛

Please join us for a *special* outdoor workshop tomorrow, November 4, 4:30-6:30pm at Pastorius Park in Chestnut Hill. Move and be moved!
Co-facilitated by Brigitta Herrmann and Bridge, with live music by Ron Kravitz. Enter Pastorius park from the apex of Lincoln Drive and Abington, or Roanoke, and park on the street along the park. We will meet at the first bench near Lincoln and Abington entrance.
