As of 4 pm on June 1st, Salon Norman Dee has officially changed hands in ownership after a glorious 17-year journey. Yes, you read that right - it's been an incredible 17 years of memories, transformations, and fabulous hair days! Throughout this time, we've had the privilege of serving each and every one of you, and it's been an absolute pleasure to have you as part of our salon family.

Now, brace yourselves for the big reveal - drumroll, please! We are delighted to introduce you to the new owner of Salon Norman Dee: none other than the fabulous Christy Stefanelli! 🎉 Many of you know Christy very well, as she has been an integral part of our team since day one. Her passion for hair, dedication to excellence, and warm personality have always shone brightly, and we couldn't be happier to pass the torch to her.

The Heit’s (Tabitha and Jeremy) are headed to continue the Real Estate Journey.

As we reflect on the memories we've shared and the bonds we've formed over the years, we want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Your loyalty, trust, and friendship have meant the world to us, and the relationships we've built will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

So, let's raise a toast to new beginnings, to Christy as she takes the helm, and to the wonderful journey that lies ahead. While this may be the end of one chapter, it's the beginning of an exciting new story for Salon Norman Dee!

As we begin 2024, we would like to review our cancellation policy. Last year we experienced a significant amount of no-shows & late cancellations which impacted our operations & availability of appointments for other clients.

To provide a fair & efficient service to all of our clients, we have implemented a new policy. We now request that ALL appointments be secured with a credit card. This will ensure that time slots are reserved exclusively for you & allow us to offer the best possible service to everyone.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This will give us enough time to adjust our schedule & offer the slot to another client.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge to your credit card.

We understand that emergencies can happen & we will handle each case on an individual basis. If you encounter an unforeseen situation that prevents you from attending your appointment, please reach out to us as ASAP & we will work together to find a solution.

We appreciate your understanding & cooperation with our cancellation policy- it allows us to better serve you & ensure our services remain accessible to all of our clients. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to serving you in the coming year!
