The healing potential is within you
When I was working on a small organic farm in California, my body was feeling the toll of the heavy labor. A friend told me, your body is wise... you just need to ask it to heal. This is the message that inspired me to study acupuncture and now I have a powerful tool with which to teach this message to others. When we approach our symptoms with curiosity and a knowing of our body’s tendency towards homeostasis, we can open fully to its healing potential. And from this place the healing journey begins. I work with clients of all ages to achieve and maintain health and wellbeing.
