About Reef The Lost Cauze: Sharif Talib Lacey, better known by his stage name Reef the Lost Cauze, is an American underground rapper based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cauze became well known on the underground circuit towards the late 1990s and more so in the early 2000s, making his mark by winning many battle competitions within New York and interstate and displaying rare skills of what many called true MCing. Triumphant is Cauze's 6th Studio album.

A mood board/update for the first-ever 48RB ART NITE this Sunday!
We’re delighted to tell you that will be on the scene, sharing info about their mission and fall ’24 adult classes, for which registration is open now! If you are new to Fleisher Art Memorial, they are a true a Philadelphia treasure, making art accessible to everyone regardless of economic means, background, or artistic experience.

In addition, we’ll have some free drawing materials, art books to browse, fine cocktails, and of course musical inspiration and vibe checks by Bubbles Inc aka Anthony Campuzano aka and .

The Tuxedo #2. Because sometimes, you simply must go off-menu.

A nice pre-prohibition martini riff, the second of the classic Tuxedo cocktails keeps the orange bitters but substituted the sherry of the original (named after the then-brand new ) for sweet white vermouth and maraschino to sweeten — plus a rinse of absinthe to sharpen. Like many gin cocktails of that era, the milder Old Tom style of gin was preferred for a Tuxedo No. 2; but, being far less common now, contemporary versions often use a softer gin like Plymouth. While the gin choice is negotiable, the glassware and garnish are not: It must be served up in a chilled glass with a brandied cherry wrapped in an orange twist and skewered.

Our version is made of Barr Hill Gin, Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino, Fee Bros Orange Bitters and Vieux Carré Absinthe. Do drop by for one.
