As we close off the year, we’d love to serve as a collection spot for you to donate any variety of food and household items! We are especially excited to offer the ability to donate perishable foods, which are generally less likely to be donated. Donate extra items at home before moving out, or keep us in mind next time you head to the store! And check out the local orgs tagged here who are doing great work.

Batista Tips #1: Fastest drinks to get when you’re in a rush!

Dear Customers: This is an announcement that our espresso machine is fully broken, so we will not be able to serve drinks requiring espresso or steamed milk indefinitely. If we’re being honest, espresso is really only a couple sips… pictured are all the other things we can offer, which you can see is soooo many more things than a tiny little baby espresso shot! Please come to us for cold brew, drip coffee, matcha, chai, teas, and baked goods.

If you have a desire to donate the industrial espresso machine you have lying around, let’s chat! We’ll keep you updated and thanks for your support. 🤠

Did you know we compost? I imagine not because we haven’t told you about it! But it’s so great- local, reduces waste, and helps community growers! 🤯🍃☕️

Last semester, we began composting our coffee waste by working with a local community gardener and mushroom farmer. We produce a LOT of coffee grounds, between 4-8 buckets in a week, so we are so thrilled to be able to compost them!

One of our partners is Hannah, who volunteers at Woodlands Community Garden and Warrington Community Garden. Featured here are pictures of her lovely a farm, which grows leafy greens and herbs with the help of our (and your) coffee grounds!
