Laurie is the best and she needs our help! 🐈

Our friend Laurine needs our help!! Each night Laurie feeds 70+ feral cats at established colonies she is committed to caring for, along with TNRing cats around the South Philly area, and also bringing in friendly cats and kittens for vet care and find them forever homes.

Just this week she took in 8 more kittens, who our friend Jackie with Amelie's Bark Shop and Get A Gato knew about and advocated to help.

We’d love to help Laurie stock up on kitten food and food for her colony cats. Specifically canned KMR kitten formula, Royal Canin wet kitten food, and Purina Friskies wet and dry food for the colony cats!!

Please send supplies for Laurie if you can! We know we are always asking for help, but there’s so many animals that need us. Help us help our friend and animal lover Laurie. Who is also the one that saved Fishtails baby Funyun!!

🐎 Say “Hi Ken!” to our newest arrival, Ryan ‘Ken’ Gosling. Margot ‘Barbie’ Robbie’s roommate was discovered a couple of days later stuck in the same abandoned house. Now he’s hanging out in his mojo dojo casa cat house while he gets acclimated to the shop. He’s an affectionate, handsome long haired blue-grey boy and he’s ready for his forever home. Sublime!!! 🐎

Update: adopted! 💖 Introducing Margot ‘Barbie’ Robbie! This sweet girl was left behind in a house for a week when her owners moved and was rescued by a good samaritan. Gorgeous Margot will never be abandoned again and she’ll only know love now. She’ll be spayed soon and be ready for adoption. While she is still getting used to the store, she seems to not be very into dogs. 💖

Update: adopted! 🩶 Introducing our newest foster, Gorgonzola! This handsome Russian blue mix literally instantly made himself at home here. He’s so playful, affectionate, and goofy. He has the loudest purr, the littlest squeaky meow, and makes the biggest biscuits. He would love to be adopted to a home with other friendly cats and he gets along great with calm pups. He’s ready for meet and greets and if our track record stays true, he’ll find his perfect forever home real quick. 🩶

Update: all adopted! 🍫 The Candy Crew is here! This group of 5 16 week old kittens are just the sweetest and most playful bunch. Hershey, Starburst, Kit Kat, Milky Way, and Twizzler are ready for their forever homes. They must either be adopted in multiples or to a home with other cat(s). They’re all set up in our downstairs foster room, so please DM us to set up a meet and greet if you’re interested in adopting. 🍫

🖤 Wonderful Wednesday went to her forever home yesterday! This tortie befriended every person and dog that entered the store and we know she’ll go on to make so many more friends. We’re looking forward to her family bringing her in for visits!🖤

🖤 Gomez is our first Addams family baby that has officially gone to his forever home! While we’ll miss this sweet goofy boy around here we’re thrilled for him and his new family. 🖤

Update : adopted! 🚀 Major Tom just landed on planet Amelie’s! He’ll be ready for visitors after 10 days of condo isolation. This beautiful 3 month old boy is an awesome Abyssinian/ticked tabby with a playful, sweet personality. He’ll be available for adoption through Fishtails in the coming weeks. 🚀
