Congratulations Maria!

As we said farewell to Britta Bosch, who moved to our sister property, Radwyn Apartments as Community Manager, we are very proud to announce that our own Maria Rodriguez has been promoted to be your Community Manager at Meetinghouse! Maria has been a tireless professional, building relationships, managing accounts, and providing excellent service at Meetinghouse for nearly a decade. Kaiserman Communities always looks to promote from within, and Maria proved to be an excellent candidate for this crucial leadership role. Congratulations Britta!

As you may have noticed, for the past several months our community has been led by our Kaiserman Communities Senior Community Manager, Britta Bosch. Britta has been splitting time between Radwyn and our smaller sister community, Meetinghouse Apartments. We are very proud to announce that Britta is taking on Radwyn full time as Community Manager! Kaiserman Communities has a goal to promote from within and to share successes across our whole team. Britta exemplifies this goal with her team leading expertise, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and focus on customer service. Help us welcome our newest Meetinghouse Team Member, Selena, as she takes on the role of one of our Leasing Associates. Selena has a great background in customer service and she's excited to help both our future and current residents with their needs. We are equally excited to welcome her to the Meetinghouse family! In light of the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine, Meetinghouse is asking for donations to support the effort overseas. All donations will be taken to the Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center (UECC) in Jenkintown, PA on Tuesday, 3/8. Here are the items needed:

Wishing a sad but very fond farewell to our wonderful neighbor Anni.

The Rittenhouse Claridge family is very sad to announce the passing of our wonderful and amazing neighbor, Anni Speier. Anni always had a smile on her face every day, and she had many of them! Anni moved from Germany to New York, then to Philadelphia, "only to try it out." That was summer 1960. Over 60 years at the Rittenhouse Claridge later, she was always interested in new things. As a designer, stock broker, a lifelong reader and learner, she had wonderful stories and was truly an amazing person. Only at 101 years young did Anni begin to slow down, but her smile persisted. Please smile, laugh, and learn every day in honor of Anni.
