It was a beautiful evening along the waterfront celebrating Main Line Health’s end of summer BBQ at the Independence Seaport Museum! We started the night with some rain that left us with a gorgeous double rainbow. What an incredible view from the Museum! 🌈✨🌊⚓️

Known as the "Workshop of the World," Globe Dye Works is a Philly gem with a rich and colorful history. Established in 1865, Globe Dye Works was once a thriving yarn-dyeing factory. Today, it serves as a vibrant hub for artists, designers, and fabricators. Plus, it's an amazing venue for your next private event!

Whisking up some fall magic behind the scenes 🍂

Yesterday’s private tasting with Friends of Rittenhouse Square for Ball on the Square featured many of our signature fall/winter dishes (with some new additions!) We are beyond thrilled to cater this iconic event next month!

As summer starts to wind down, we're soaking up the last of this season’s bounty! 🍅✨ We loved bringing these beautiful heirloom tomatoes from Erdenheim Farm into our kitchen this season.

As we transition to the fall and winter months, we look forward to sourcing even more seasonal ingredients from our local purveyors. With every bite, we'll celebrate the flavors of the season and continue our commitment to supporting Pennsylvania's rich agricultural heritage. 🌱

🎉 Move-in week at University of Pennsylvania is in full swing! Yesterday our team had back to back events on campus with a picnic on College Green and reception at Penn Engineering to welcome the Class of 2028. Cheers to an incredible school year ahead!

Our team officially celebrated the retirement of two Feast legends — Dottie Hagerty and George Ambros. For over 20 years, Dottie and George have been a cornerstone of our team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our company's growing success.

Dottie, known as our “Queen of UPenn,” leaves behind a legacy of 2,500+ events executed (which doesn’t include the hundreds of events she’s lent a helping hand on!) If you’ve ever had the chance to work with Dottie, you know how much detail and dedication went into every menu and proposal she created. She was always thinking outside of the box to keep events fun and fresh for all her clients. Not to mention, her witty office commentary was unmatched and always kept us laughing.

George was the driving force behind our kitchen's early morning operations — from slicing our beautiful fruit platters and assembling dozens of daily drop-off orders to preparing staff meal for every event. If you know, you know… his classic chicken Caesar salad was a staple among of staff. Not to mention we loved being spoiled by his baked good surprises at the office.

We are deeply grateful for their contributions and wish them both a well-deserved retirement filled with joy, relaxation, and new adventures. Thank you, Dottie and George, for everything you’ve done. You will always be a valued part of our Feast community!

Tonight’s theme celebrates the 50th anniversary of the song “Come and Get Your Love.” As Pat Vegas tells it, he and his brother worked on “Come and Get Your Love” late one night in the City of Brotherly Love. What a perfect setting to celebrate the evening. 😍❤️

Meet Feast Your Eyes’ New Executive Chef: Mason Snyder — Feast Your Eyes Catering A New Chapter of Culinary Excellence Has Arrived with a Focus on Embracing Pennsylvania’s Rich Agricultural Heritage  

🧑‍🍳📝 Class is in session! Last week, Chef Evan led an incredible workshop with some of our cooks on making the five key mother sauces (hollandaise, tomato, béchamel, espagnole, and velouté) and other secondary sauces.

Guiding the lesson was Auguste Escoffier’s Le Guide Culinaire - the culinary bible that first codified French cuisine. Developed in the 19th century by Escoffier, the mother sauces serve as the basis for virtually every sauce used in modern cuisine.

We love providing educational moments like this to our team and can’t wait to see our cooks develop their own style and flare in the kitchen using these foundational sauces!

Today we’re highlighting one of our favorite Old City venues, Carpenters' Hall! Known as the “Birthplace of Liberty”, Carpenters’ Hall was the location of the 1774 meetings of the First Continental Congress, an important stepping stone towards the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.

A museum by day, the Hall provides an incredible event backdrop that immerses you in Philadelphia’s rich history. ✨

Last week marked a significant period for Feast, and we extend our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated team whose efforts made it all possible. Hosting two prominent events alongside numerous others, we dedicated extensive resources to ensure a memorable experience for all.

Our journey commenced with University of Pennsylvania’s Alumni Weekend, drawing close to 5,000 guests to campus. Following this, we helped ESM PRODUCTIONS orchestrate the transformation of Fairmount Park for SEIU’s National Convention Festival, catering to over 4,000 attendees from pop-up kitchens across the park.

Big cheers to our team for making it all happen and for bringing joy to so many through great food and hospitality!

Back in February, Feast was awarded the role of Master Caterer for SEIU’s Wrap Celebration in partnership with ESM PRODUCTIONS.

With just a little over 3 months to plan and prepare, the day is finally here! This morning, we packed up our refrigerated trucks to serve over 👥 4,000 guests in the middle of Fairmount Park.
