It brings us great sadness to share that beloved Group Exercise Instructor and team member, Wayne Leister, has passed away. Wayne was a crowd favorite during his 11.5 years teaching AOA classes at the Y.

He stressed the importance of breathwork, movement, and communion with others as it impacts our overall well-being. His passion for his work was felt by all. When Wayne wasn't talking about fitness, he was talking about his beautiful family. He loved his grandchildren so much, and they would often join him teaching class!

Our members and team truly enjoyed and appreciated Wayne as a friend and instructor. Wayne will surely be missed by all of us, but will never be forgotten. We will continue to honor him by serving our members with kindness and compassion, just as he did.
