Some favorite shop photos from ! I have known Rachael for years. She owns the beloved jewelry brand .ren but a couple years back she asked me to help out with her new shop. In what feels like another life, I had two shops, one in West Chester and one in Philly. I helped Rachael make timelines for the shop, pick out furniture, and stuff like social media and email marketing. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If you don't know of the store or her brand, please give her a follow. Rachael is an incredibly thoughtful and intentional business owner, and I am so excited for her and her shop!

Racheal was also my FIRST EVER styling client. She hired me to thrift for her and trusted me without any experience. I will be at her store on July 13th with a rack of vintage clothes and tons of styling advice to give :) Come say hi!

New work for . I've been working with Rubin, the owner for a few years now. They decided it was time to work on a website redesign, which my friends at Next Chapter did for them. We focused on a wide breadth of products, and shot over 60 in 8 hours. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I love shooting jewelry. It's mostly about styling, posing and finding the right lighting. Shooting outside in Graduate Hospital gave us tons of background options and as we walked block to block, we stopped and grabbed photos as we went.

Connecting with everyone on set is really important to me and I think it makes the photos feel more natural because the models are at ease and having fun. Its funny how much your social connection with people can completely change a shoot.

Recent work for and Next Chapter Designs. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I LOVED THIS SHOOT. It was so full of joy, powerful women and a seriously delicious product. I hadn't heard of Mother Butter before a few months back, and Kristen blew my mind with her knowledge of seed cycling and health foods in general.

We had such a blast all day and I feel so lucky to have been a part of this brands storytelling and imagery.

Happy birthday to my sweet friend ! Pizza and Italian food and margaritas make for a dreaming summer night! 🍕🍹❤️

Okay it’s hot as hell here in Philly which for me means it’s time to break out my silk scarves. No more gate keeping this hot weather hack. I also love how much a shoe change and a different styling of the scarf can really change the vibe of the outfit! See my previous post for more ways to rock a silk scarf.

Recent outfits. I’m trying to get better about documenting my outfits for one very simple reason, it helps remember what I had that I know pairs well together.

As I delve into the world of styling, I have learned that one of the most useful and powerful tools a stylist has is building outfits for clients that they can revisit time and time again. If you buy quality clothing not driven by trends or fast fashion, you can always go back to outfits that made you feel confident and comfortable.

For those of you who know me best, you know I have a lot of clothes, so this is a big task. I’m going to start doing it organically and I’m starting a folder in my photo app on my phone to store them all!

My summer thrift wishlist! I spend lots of time in thrift stores and this is a very attainable wishlist. Linen, oversized shirts, maxi skirts, stripes, preppy polo stuff silk scarves I can wear as a top and dresses with volume.

Last photo is a vintage Ralph Lauren dress my mom thrifted, it’s the kind of volume I’m looking for. I borrowed it for my bachelorette and it might still be hanging in my closet 😬😍

Mike and I got married last week and I’m still on cloud nine. To everyone who came, you are incredible, beautiful, kind and amazing humans and friends and family. My heart is so full. 🎂🩷

The perfect Spring layer look and why it works 🩷🤙🏼

As many of you know I’ve been unemployed for the last few months, which has been a real challenge. I recently accepted a position consulting with a company in LA, so I will be out of town from today through March 20th. I won’t be able to shop any items until I return!

Why it works, Jennifer Lawrence addition. We love pups and we love everything about this look that Jennifer Lawrence is wearing on set for shoot with Dior.in fashion, timeless is rarely a word we use, especially when it comes to ads, but this look feels like it would fit in almost any decade!

So excited to have these new beautiful pieces on the website! Finding designer while thrifting is SO thrilling lol

Obsessed with this coat. It literally has a built in jacket with a zip closure for warmer days, and you can button the outer layer when it’s super cold. Plus the hood! Ugh. This is such a great alternative to a puffer coat!

the first bag you see photographed is completely new, one of a kind, and gorgeous, along with the other bags in this collection. The pink croco leather was to be used in our Spring 2022 collection, and I’m so happy I got to use one of the hides I purchased.

I know I’ve been a bit quiet over here, and I’m sorry. My plan was to talk to you guys all the time and to talk a lot about this process. But truthfully I’ve been struggling. I have a lot to say, but I likely won’t say it all until the doors are closed, because right now I am just putting my head down and working on orders and organizing sales and such.

I did want to give you and update on what the last month will look like for us, so please flip through this post to see our schedule.

If I have been slow to get back to you, I’m sorry. It’s taking a lot of bandwidth for me to respond to people, and I can’t really explain why, other than to say it feels a lot like mourning.

So deeply grateful for all of you. PS- I’ve got some of this green leather left and I think I might have to use it for a one of a kind tote. It’s perfection.

Spending lots of time reflecting on all the people Tesoro has brought into my life. Small business owners really are a different breed of humans and I am so grateful to have met every single business owner I have.

We are almost sold out of sooo many of our small bags. It’s pretty likely by Friday, we will be out of everything, so please take a look at the site now if something was calling your name!

Week two begins! We decided to switch things up a bit and offer all the small bags styles for this week only. The main reason for this is that our bad ass sewer, Alexis, has accepted a full time job, starting February 15th. So if you want to make a purchase, it needs to happen this week so we can get all of these bags out before we close!

February is going to be a bit different than I expected, and because of that I will be doing something I am really excited about. I will be making one of a kind bags, with new learners, unique hardware and even some new or much older styles. I will be fully designing and making these bags, so no customization will be possible.
