Packing week at guide school.
Couple pics from this week. Refreshing to have a class that isn't afraid to work hard and study hard. A week of quizzes and the lowest grade so far is an 85! Makes my job fun!
I believe this now more than ever. It's sad and disheartening to see how soft this younger generation is. Lazy, coddled, spoiled, unmotivated, undisciplined, and lack any kind of common sense. Guys always ask me what they can do to prepare for guide school. The answer is simple. Bring some common sense, a strong work ethic and and a good attitude! If you do, you will do well here and here's a little secret, you will do well in life!
Great 3 day packing class in the books. Thanks for coming everybody!

How's this for a cool find? Royal Tine alumni Cody DeGrote found this near Livingston Mt last fall in Archery season on a bench at 8000 feet. New house slick pan grizzly trap made between 1850 - 1855. Valued at $6000. Find of a lifetime.
Brian from the guide school class shot an old bruiser boar on the pack trip.
