Care and Maintenance of you cutting board
To maintain a wood cutting board, season it every few weeks by wiping it with mineral oil and let the oil soak in overnight, wiping up any excess oil after it has dried.
Be sure to clean your board after each use with a damp cloth or rub the surface thoroughly with salt and a lemon.
Do not soak your cutting board.

I have owned a Nubbs chopping block for several years now. I am so pleased with the quality. The hardwood is solid and the surface looks great even under daily use. It looks great and is handy on my kitchen island.
