Thank you, Dr. John Fryer, for speaking your truth. Dr. Fryer was a psychiatrist and gay rights activist best known for his anonymous speech at the 1972 American Psychiatric Association's annual conference. He announced his sexuality during an era when his medical license could be revoked for such a declaration. By refusing to remain silent, Dr. John Fryer gave a voice to those like him who were persecuted based on their sexual orientation.

From an early age, Dr. Linda Johnson knew she wanted to be a physician. “I’m the first doctor in my family,” Dr. Johnson says, adding “I’ve known that’s what I wanted to do with my life since 5th grade.” Life took Linda to the University of Missouri – Kansas City where she graduated medical school before moving to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation for residency. Dr. Johnson’s philosophy on helping seniors meshed with ArchWell Health’s mission and she is now practicing in Las Vegas.
