New puppies are our favorite appointments, and Miss Olivia is no exception. Alissa and Doctor Kehoe ensured she received her first vaccinations and our Wisdom Panel DNA test. Thanks to their caring, professional manner, (and lots of treats!) We were able to help Olivia get started on her first preventative care visit with no fear! Olivia was so brave, and so cute!!
Even official members of the Beverly Hills Polo Club get their teeth cleaned, and Luci-fur is no exception!
Meet Scrappy Doo! Such a fitting name for such a cute, sweet puppy! Scrappy came in for his neuter appointment yesterday. Here he is, modeling the infamous cone of shame! (Also called an Elizabethan collar, or an e-collar for short)
Scrappy got so much love, and we definitely didn't want to say goodbye when mom and dad came to pick him up.
Say hello to Sir Sebastian! He is out newest Optimum Wellness Plan sign up!
He came in for his vaccines and stole the hearts of our staff in the process.

Our final CSC spotlight is Liz!
Liz has worked for Banfield for one and a half years now. She is currently transitioning into a veterinary assistant role. She looks forward to becoming a certified technician in the future.
Her favorite part about her work is seeing sick patients get better, and making people's days a little brighter.
She enjoys all kinds of foods, but has a weakness for cheesecake. Her favorite color is blue.
Today's CSC spotlight is Shae!
She does a great job of taking care of our clients and pets! She does so we'll, that many clients ask for her by name. She is such a valued member of our team, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that our schedule, and this, our hospital runs smoothly. She excels not only at customer service, resolution, leadership, but also at making everyone's day a little better. She is a bright ray of sunshine, and always lifts everyone's mood.โ๏ธ
Her favorite foods are potatoes, any kind. Her favorite colors are blue and purple.
Her favorite part about being a CSC and working at Banfield is getting to know the clients and their pets. Shae days she loves watching all of the kiddos grow up, and seeing people's face light up when they come in for their appointment.
Shae hopes to one day be a practice manager at at Banfield, and to help open new locations across the country.
Today's CSC spotlight is Keoni!
Keoni has been with Banfield for a year now, and she enjoys working with the animals here. Her favorite part about being a CSC is helping clients and their pets be seen as soon as possible.
In the future, she hopes to be an animal conservationist, so that she can work with many types of animals.
Some quick facts about Keoni: her favorite colors are burgundy, black, and purple, and her favorite food is hot wings.
Keoni has been a huge help in transitioning to our "new normal" during the COVID-19 pandemic. She always comes in with a positive attitude that spreads to the rest of the team. We are lucky to have her on our team here in Ahwatukee to help our clients and their kiddos! ๐

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful Client Service Coordinators that go above and beyond for our patients and clients every day!
This is Bronxx with our technician Seraphim!

He is just as loving as he is big,and brightens everyone's day when he comes in for his appointments!
Here are two of our technicians, Alissa and Shane, performing a dental cleaning.
Yearly dental cleanings are very important to prevent disease! Dental disease begins when plaque covers the teeth. If the plaque isnโt removed with regular dental cleanings, it can harden into tartar above and below the gum line. Tartar can lead to inflammation, pain, tooth and bone loss and bacterial infection. Not to mention smelly breath!
