Today marks three years that we’ve officially been open for business. If had to give you three words to describe what that feels like I would say: Ho, Lee, S**t. We signed our lease in 2018 when the world was a completely different place. Having made it through so many ups and downs I can honestly say we are only here because we’re surrounded by people who believed in us. From our team, to our family and most importantly everyone that’s given us a shot and continues to do so. Grateful, thankful, humbled, indebted, none of those are powerful enough words to describe this feeling and Thank You doesn’t seem to cut it either. All we can do to show you how grateful we are is to continue to serve you the best we can, do the best job we can and do it because you brought us to this point. So even though Thank You isn’t enough, Thank You, Thank You. From the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Introducing the Pickle Pie! I know I know, pickles on pizza… almost as sacrilegious as pineapple on pizza but this one is surprisingly damn good! Starts off on our White sauce, topped with Mozzarella, house made Pickles, Candied Bacon, finished with Garlic Aioli and Parmigiano Reggiano. Get it while supplies last!

This is one of my favorite things about pizza making. It’s so perfectly imperfect.
