We ask that all applicants provide photos of their work. Compensation is DOE. We also require that all applicants have knowledge regarding flooring repairs. We get asked on a frequent basis if you can install over an already existing floor and the answer is: NO.

We ALWAYS recommend that you have your old/existing flooring removed before having new flooring put in. This helps keeps your new flooring within standards and keeps it safe as well.

Should you install over an existing floor and that flooring fails, then so will your new flooring. Then you have to redo the entire project all over again!

We hold accounts with contractors as well as individual homeowners. Must be willing to spend time driving and introducing the company in order to bring people into the showroom.
